Terms of Service
What we do, what we do not do, and the basis on which we coordinate your move.
Last reviewed: this draft is pending operator review
These terms apply when you engage Bali Relocation Service to coordinate a move to Bali. Bali Relocation Service is an independent relocation, destination-services and logistics company, operated by Bali Premium Trip and part of Juara Holding Group, operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015.
What we are
We are a coordinator. We plan your move, introduce you to the right specialists, and keep the timeline aligned across the visa, housing, shipping and arrival stages.
What we are not
We are not a government office, an immigration office, or the quarantine authority. We are not a law firm, a notaris/PPAT, a tax adviser, a financial planner, a licensed medical provider, an insurance broker, or a driving school. We coordinate visas with licensed immigration agents and pet imports with the Indonesian Quarantine Agency (Karantina); those are independent professionals and authorities whose advice and decisions we do not control.
Information on this website
Everything published here is general information only. It does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical or investment advice. Indonesian laws, immigration policies, tax rates and local regulations change, and your situation is unique. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the current position with the relevant licensed professional.
Figures and quotations
Figures shown across this site are guideline service estimates, not official fees. Final cost depends on origin, shipment size, visa type and family size. We confirm an exact quote before you commit to anything, and that quotation separates our service fee from government fees, freight, rent, tuition and any third-party charges.
Engaging us
- Every engagement starts with a conversation about what your move involves.
- We then set out the scope, the timeline and the cost in writing before any work begins.
- You are free to accept, adjust or decline that scope. Work starts only once it is agreed.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee approvals, processing times, or outcomes that rest with a government authority, a landlord, a school, a bank or an insurer. What we commit to is correctly prepared work, a licensed process, realistic expectations and transparent communication at every step.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about who is moving, when, and under what circumstances.
- Provide documents in time for the deadlines we set out.
- Tell us promptly if your plans, dates or circumstances change.
- Comply with Indonesian law, including the conditions attached to whichever visa or stay permit you hold.
Changes to these terms
Rules and fees change; we update this page when they do. The terms that apply to your engagement are those we set out in writing at the time it was agreed.
Before you commit
Ask Us Anything About These Terms
If any part of this is unclear, ask before you engage us. We would rather answer the question now than have it surface mid-move.
