How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us when you enquire about relocating to Bali.
Last reviewed: this draft is pending operator review
Bali Relocation Service is an independent relocation, destination-services and logistics company for moves to Bali, Indonesia, operated by Bali Premium Trip and part of Juara Holding Group. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only ask for what a relocation actually requires. Depending on how far your enquiry progresses, that may include:
- Contact details: your name, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Move profile: who is moving, your origin city, your target move date, roughly what you are shipping, your preferred areas in Bali, and your work situation.
- Documents, only where a specific step needs them: passport details, visa or stay-permit documents, proof of income or funds, marriage and birth certificates, school records, and pet documentation.
- Website data: standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics about which pages are visited.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To coordinate your move with the licensed visa agents, movers, landlords, schools, banks and insurers your case requires.
- To keep records for the duration of your case and any renewal.
Who we share it with
We coordinate visas with licensed immigration agents and pet imports with the Indonesian Quarantine Agency (Karantina). We are not a government office, an immigration office, or the quarantine authority. Where a step in your move requires it, your information is shared with the specific third party handling that step — a visa agent, a freight forwarder, a landlord or agent, a school admissions office, a bank or an insurance broker — and only to the extent that party needs it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain records only as long as required for your case and any renewal, after which they are deleted. Documents you send us over WhatsApp or email remain in those systems according to the provider’s own retention rules.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- You can ask us to delete your information, except where we are required to keep it for an active case or a legal obligation.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Contacting us about privacy
Send any privacy question to the same desk that handles your move — by WhatsApp or by email — and it will reach a coordinator rather than an automated system.
Rules and practices change. If anything in this policy is unclear or appears out of date, tell us and we will correct the page itself.
